It’s that time of the year again when we look to bring in our youngest players to the club, the Under 7’s. We’ve been inundated with enquires asking when this popular football fun will begin again, and we can now reveal that it all commences on Saturday 21st May at 10am

These sessions are open to all school year 1 children. So that is those little stars of the future that will be in school year 2 when they go back to school in September.

We promise you that your children will not be disappointed, and it is our intention to make sure they play with smiles on their faces, and go home begging you to bring them back for more. Our sessions are fun and engaging, providing a terrific pathway to fall in love with the game, whilst learning new skills and making great friendships.

UEFA and FA coaches will lead the fun, and we do all of this with child welfare and safeguarding at the forefront of our priority, whereby all of our coaches and volunteers are DBS checked.

There is also a chance for your child to join a team too, as we will be looking at players from this group to form the brand new Skegness Town Under 7’s team, taking part in the extensive fixture programme that commences in September. So if you would like your child to have the chance to enjoy representing Skegness Town, well now is your chance.

All of this takes place on the superb 3G pitch at Wainfleet Road in Skegness. It is every Saturday morning from 10am – 11.30am and your first taster session with us is entirely free. Football boots or trainers are required, shin guards too. Put on your favourite football kit if you have one, if not then a PE kit is just fine. But remember, the summer has started and it can be hot, so bring plenty to drink and make sure you have applied suntan lotion to your children please.
